This guide shares my experiences of healthy eating and staying active. When I explained my eating and exercise methods to friends and family, they expressed curiosity and asked me to share recipes and document my findings. Base, Micro Ingredients nutritional yeast, South River Miso, and Real Pickles sauerkraut.
*Tips*
Greens chopped up and stored in containers with vented lid and placed in freezer for weeks. This allows for infrequent visit to grocery store.
Portions can be managed by utilizing scoops for the sauce.
